Today marks the release of the latest in the long-running series of press releases by Amazon Studios.
Today marks the first time we’ve seen an AMAZONS press release with any kind of release date, which is good news for all of us at Amazon Studios, and for Amazon Studios fans worldwide.
This is a really exciting time for the whole world.
We’ve made a number of exciting changes to our team, including a re-design of our team structure to provide more independence, and we’re looking to grow the team even more as we work on the first Amazon Studios TV show, ‘Beverly Hills Cop 3.’
We’ve also made many important investments in the talent pipeline and have signed new TV deals for ‘The Big Bang Theory,’ ‘Scandal,’ and ‘Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.’
And lastly, we’re also looking to bring more talented talent into our team.
Today marks an important milestone for Amazon.
We’re proud to announce the launch of our third season of ‘The X-Files,’ a series that we’ve been working on for nearly two years, and will return for a fourth season in 2017.
We are also excited to announce that we are excited to be launching our first new series, ‘The Muppets,’ for Amazon Prime Video, in 2017 and 2018.
